Possession

DEMO: concept image for Possession

The Concept

Video design as evidence. Projections that document, implicate, and refuse to let the audience look away — the paper trail of football’s most audacious decade, staged under one roof.

TV Textures

DEMO: three eras of football, three visual languages. Each decade of the story is staged through the texture of its own moment — the audience learns when they are by what the image is made of.

TV Textures · 01

Stanley Rous — Black and White, Film, Analogue Transmission.

The first texture belongs to the Stanley Rous era — 16mm film, 625-line analogue transmission, the visual language of football’s earliest televised scandals. Grainy, under-lit, processed through cathode rays rather than pixels.
